Kel’s expertise lies within hydrologic modeling, remote sensing of the surface hydrology, scientific algorithm development, and geospatial data processing. Outside of work, Kel enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, and fishing, and also spending time with his two dogs, Atlas and Lily.
