Amanda holds a BS in Meteorology and Geography from Virginia Tech and an MS in Earth System Science from the University of Alabama in Huntsville. Her interests lie in the remote sensing and geospatial modeling of disasters and extreme weather, as well as data science informatics. Outside of work, she enjoys hiking, biking and spending time with her dogs and cat.
